New glasses (again), new hairstyle, oh and I lost 20 lb as well (down from 240 to 220) so naturally it's time for a new pic (same phone, though):



I plan on losing an additional 20-30 by next summer which will work wonders for my self-confidence. I want to look like the sexy man beast I was back in high school again.

I've been kicking ass in the gym and counting calories like a motherfucker which is seriously helping my chronic depression but I'm still not 100% just yet. Still gotta work on cutting out alcohol and benzos from my life despite the fact that they're the only things keeping me sane ATM.

But on the bright side I haven't touched weed in months. Cutting out cannabis completely has really helped me stop overeating and motivate myself to getting my ass into the gym 4-5 days a week. Just look at these stats attached below:

Forums (fora?) were social media (mediums?) before “social media" was cool. Facebook, twitter and other latecomers are the hipsters; forums are the genuine article.
