NSIS v3.0rc2

NSIS 3.0rc2 is the second and hopefully last release candidate for NSIS 3. It contains a fix for nested ${Switch} statements and some minor fixes.

Not a big issue, but the 3.0 RC2 CHM says RC2 has been released in August 2016, which we haven't reached yet!

Yep, it's already noted above as a known bug, the fix is in trunk already.
