Esperanto translation
Hello, this is the first attempt to the Esperanto translation. Hope it works.

The Modern UI translation file misses the MULTIUSER_INSTALLMODEPAGE strings. You've also edited some of the comments in the NLF file. Those denote the internal language string name. While they don't actually affect anything, they're useful for whoever reads the language file.

Corrections
I have updated both files, see the attached zip file.
In the nlf file, the strings were changed from the Portuguese.nlf file, so the error came from there. I've fixed it comparing with the Spanish.nlf.
I couldn't find the Esperanto language listed in MakeLangId, so I used it as a "neutral" language.Comment
