I have got the go ahead from AOL management to open up the ml_pmp SDK.

Unfortunatly, it has changed since version 5.21 so will be useless until then.

However, I should have something for you in the next few days so you can get your pmp plugins ready for the next release (probably 5.22).

with this SDK, could we developp one alternative pmp_ipod already inluded? or this is only your job and nobody could submit it ..or all people are free ?

Sure you could glop. But i doubt it would get included in the winamp distro.

Are you planning to release the source for the existing pmp_*.dll's? It would be a good thing to handle them as open source, a lot of stuff (e.g. the newer stuff from ml_ipod) could be merged in that way. And it would be less work for you
Maybe have the pmp* hosted on SourceForge?

i'd be doubtful of that happening considering the financial input that's been made for the creation of the pmp*s. dunno for certain but really that's will's area
