how to show chinese characters in Winamp

how to show Chinese Characters in Winamp? I am using window xp, before I was using window 2000 and was able to see chinese Characters in the Winamp playlist. but now I switched to xp, it doesn't work anymore...could somebody help me?

I used the preference-in playlist option, I changed language part, and it worked perfectly! thanks!
