I'd like to take advantage of AudioRealm's revenue services for my station, but since they do not offer streaming services for free, my plan is to start out by using SAM to stream to Live365.
Problem is, I'm not sure if this complies with AudioRealm's Terms and Conditions. This is the part I'm confused about:
---
5. You may not make any Broadcast Programming generated by or transmitted via SAM technology or Audiorealm.com's servers available on any other Web site or in any other medium provided however, you may make Broadcast Programming that you have created available on Web sites that are Solely owned and controlled by you.
---
Does this simply mean that I cannot make excerpts of my broadcast available on a Web site that is not my own? Or, since I (obviously) do not own Live365, would streaming to Live365 using SAM be a violation of AudioRealm's agreement?
If someone out there is currently using these two services together, I would very much appreciate some information and input on this subject.
Thanks!
