New Server Needed

hi im in the process of setting up my online radio that needs to be up and running in no more than 14 days and i looking for a good cheap host if there are any out there

im after a 24kbps for 10 users to start up with and will be upgrading to 20users after that.

Also i want something that i can have a web interface for and play it through a page on the website (not just a link that people click on and it opens up winamp or realplayer etc..) and want my listerners to be able to play my radio using real player, windows media player and winamp
