I downloaded shoutcast and set up a server an everything now the only problem I notice is that I can only broadcast at 56k. I use Audiograbber to rip mp3's at 128k. How can I broadcast at 128k??

The answer was given to ya bro...Get a better Codec... Look for the LAME Encoder which is free...
Also, please understand the bandwidth requirements to broadcast at 128K..On a cable modem it is damn near impossible to get more than 3 users to listen at one time assuming you are doing no browsing with it. The Upstream requirements are taxing at best. Even on Cable at 56K, the most you can reasonably push through is 10 Users with no browsing and no working on the Streaming computer. I hope this helps you out!

It doesn't matter what you rip your mp3s at. Your CODEC will re-encode the mp3s at the bitrate you select. Most computers come with the free Microsoft NetShow Tools program. It includes the Fraufenhaufer (sp?) codec but only up to 56kbps. You need a codec that can re-encode up to the 128kbps you want. You can go ahead and buy the Fraufenhaufer codec, but that is a lot of money. A couple of good codecs are LAME, Blade, and the Oddsock one. Go ahead and search for them and install them on your computer.
