iam searching for a sc_trans 2.0 BETA4 howto tutorial but i cant find anything so i hope anyone can help me (us)

sc_trans howto for linux (debian)
sc_trans howto for win32 (win 2k3 server)

iam interessted on the aac features how to add a decoder for aac+ or how i setup it on linux or win32?

many questions but i hope for an step-by-step howto
