Ok, some questions:

You listed these genres:

R&B/Urban
Classic R&B
Contemporary R&B

What about "RnB"? I think that is used more than "R&B". Same on "World", which is not listed, but you listed

World Folk
World Pop
World Fusion
Worldbeat

And do we have to choose exactly "R&B/Urban", which uses more letters or can we use "R&B" OR "Urban"?

I would like to recommend "Mixed" and/or "Freeform" and/or "Variety" for the eclectic stations that do not fall into a particular strict genre.

For now, all those stations that dont fall into one of the categories from the list will go into the "Misc" bucket.

We can see if we will add a "Various" genre in the future if there's enough of a demand out there. What we dont want happen is get to where we are now: where we have seemingly infinite number of genres in the DB, making it really difficult for listeners to find what they are looking for.

I changed the genre to Classic Country. My station doesn't show up. DNAS says that the station/computer cannot be seen and the connection times out.
What else can I try to get it back on?

No Death Metal?

Guess I'll categorize differently. Does the Genre have to be an exact match to be listed or can it contain at least one of these genres as a comma separated value?

Hope this is the correct place to ask, can you tell us the correct genre format? is it case sensitive?

What about spaces?

I tried:

"genre1,genre2,genre3 with spaces"

(3 genres, all lower case)

But so far, it only shows up in one genre, the one w/out the spaces.

I noticed from looking at other stations,

Easy Listening, Love Songs

Appears as: "Easy, Listening, Love, Songs"

Should we be using %20 or + for spaces?
