I found a radio whose name SilverRose Radio. Here on the Winamp.
This name is mine, this is mine website since 2007.
What can I do? I do not find who is doing it, "Silver Rose Radio" in the Winamp.

p.p.s is "silver rose radio" an internationally registered trademark? If not, then you're shit out of luck, nobody stole anything, except maybe you 17 days ago

This is true. Is not protected brand. But I created first website With this name: SilverRose Radio, registration in march.11.2007. www.silverrose-radio.gportal.hu

This is a common problem when names are based on a thing.
There will be many SilverRose companies, businesses, artists, bands etc.

However if you believe you are "the definitive article", then call your self "The Silver Rose Radio".
