automated Shoutcast report

I'm talking with PRONET about licensing. They are saying there is an "automated report option that Shoutcast provided." I sent them a PDF of my SHOUTcast Manager page, but it was not the right thing. Where do I find the automated Shoutcast report?

I do not think you have the automated report option that Shoutcast provided. Put in a support ticket with them to send you the 'songs played' list for your stream that you sent with the .pdf or ask how to get it, so it includes a file usually .csv of the song with song title, artist, album, duration, #performances and #TLH. Also where are you located.

Ask them if the w3c log would work.

No the wc3 logs but usually where wc3 logs are the file is also.

I noticed wc3log.txt is dated 2017.
