No sound

Our radio is streaming, but no sound is heard.
Please, someone knows what is happening?
I'm on Radionomy/Shoutcast for 18 days, and our radio stopped at least 5 times, and AutoDJ never works well.

I think the owners of Shoutcast/Radionomy should give us a answer about this issues. No one is giving technical support to us.

We thought it would be a good option to move to Shoutcast/Radionomy. It hasn't been.

Is it possible that only people with the AutoDJ have such problems? For example, I don't have any problems with S4B at the moment.
