Generated in Planner but stream does not work

Hi,

I have just purchased Shoutcast for business plan today and started up my radio -

I have done everything according to tutorials and got my day planned in the planner and status is generated but stream does not start. i tried rebooting my radio but it does not work either, can anybody help please ?

Hi hawaks,

If the radio does not play after generating, you can reboot the radio yourself Settings ==> Advanced ==> Reboot my station.
If it still doesn't work, I will look at it.
Then I need your radio Guid.

I see this problem posted back in December 2020 by several Shoutcast For Business users may not have been resolved for those forum members. I am hopeful it has since been resolved, but was simply unconfirmed in this forum.

Unfortunately, we have a new Shoutcast For Business account, which we loaded up and scheduled in the planner last week, but the stream will not start for us either on Kozey Radio.

Could the Moderator attempt a manual "Reboot" for us?

We have used the option to "Reboot My Station" under the Shoutcast Settings Advanced tab. It displays a message confirming the server was rebooted. We've attempted this several times over several days. However, we continue to see no active stream and attempts to play the stream in my WinAmp player results in the displayed player message,

" [HTTP/1.0 404 Not Available] https://streamingv2.shoutcast.com/kozey-radio"

Thank you, Nosti, for your assistance! That did it! Our radio station, Kozey Radio, is now streaming on Shoutcast for Business!
