Uploading Ads Files

I am new to the streaming realm so I'm swimming in uncharted waters here. I'm setting up trigger method with silent tone to run the ads, the problem is I'm not sure where to upload the ads files at. We want to run live and not setup an automated schedule so any help in getting the files to upload would be greatly appreciated.
