Shoutcast not paying publishers

I have been with shoutcast for years. They stopped paying in MAY. There excuse is Delays in payments. Been waiting 5 months and still no sign of a payment.

Is anyone else having these issues??? if so, please get in touch as i am in the process off taking shoutcast/Targetspot to court over outstanding payments.
