1 year late payments of targetspot

TargetSpot is over 1 year late on payments. The last payments arrived in November and December 2022 relating to the months of February 2022. There had never been such a delay I don't know what to think anymore and shoutcast continues to ignore the emails sent. We continue to air the commercials but shoutcast is not fulfilling the contract. What must we do to get what we deserve? Are you also in the same situation?
