Help Please :P

I'm trying to connect to the shoutcast server but it's just not having any of it, ive got all the ports n stuff sorted but when i click the connect button it says "connecting" but stops shortly after and says "not connected", I disabled my norton internet security whilst trying and am still having the same problem. Help? :P
