Public servers to broadcast

Hello.
Is there a list of public servers and passwords ? I need to connect to a server with the DJ programm and use the server´s IP address as I am in a VPN that lot of users have the same IP for internet, and I can´t serve.
I can only serve in my local net, not for the internet.

You'll have to get a third party host. There's no free hosts out there (unless you're very very lucky to find one)

You can serve to the Internet if the network admins will forward the necessary ports to your machine.

This may require extreme sucking up, jelly donuts, or other "favors".
