I use shoutcast source 1.8.2b and I was wondering if i could broadcast my music show below 48k without the double speed. I had to cancel my last show because of skips and I want to do a back to school show.

Skips are usually due to memory usage or CPU usage, make sure you dont have any killer applciations running while your streaming
24k streaming should be possible yes! -
one thing though, i know its possible but since its 22 Hz how do i encode my music so it plays at normal speed?Comment

If you have a Intro file this can cause it to go double speed.Comment
