You need to be more detailed.

    Can you broadcast?
    Can your listeners hear you?
    Are you running a firewall?
Is the computer turned on at the mains?

    Work with us here.
About to launch an internet radio station after an almost 10 year break. I don't suppose much has changed in that time.

url = http:// your ip number : port (default port =8000)
        (without the spaces inbetween)
get your real ip number at www.whatismyip.com
and pass this to your friends.

btw , you did download and install , both the dnas (server) and the dsp plug for your winamp player?

you are either using a router or are behind a firewall

in case of a router you need to open ports 8000 and 8001 in your router config. ( on how to read the manual or search for the brand on the net)
for a firewall do the same open ports 8000 and 8001
keep in mind that windows xp has a build in firewall

you opened port 8000 but you use 8001 in your settings?

and you always open port and port+1

and there is nothing under the link , no connection to anything.
