broadcasting on the net via one stream from two different locations

My friend and I wanna do a live radio broadcast on the net via one stream from two different locations. I wondered if this is possible with SHOUTcast?

so..in order to (me and another person are going to start doing this two) broadcast, we need to use skype, does it cost money (this is another stupid quetion!)
