Shoutcast + Sc_Trans autoDJ thing [Read]

Hey everyone,

Im setting up a radiostation right now and am about to buy a quality VPS to host it on.

I have so far got Shoutcast server + Sc_Trans working together,
But I want to be able to have it so that Theres the Sc_Trans (AutoDJ) Streaming 24/7 until a live DJ (me) connects to the server
and the autodj automatically gets dropped whenever a live DJ Connects so then the Sc_Trans (AutoDJ) Keeps retrying the connection lets say every 20seconds and eventually when the LiveDJ (Me) Disconnects from the stream then the AutoDJ reconnects automatically.
I know this can be done as scripts like Cast control do it.

Yeah.. I'm quite new on this whole Sc_Trans autodj shiz, So was just looking for more information on how I could do the above ^^

Awesome.. Now I just gotta figure my other problem out with sc trans playlist caching

sc_trans 2.0 is like a station in a box,it has almost everything you need unlike the old sc_trans.

Its worth spending time doing tests with it now as it is the future of shoutcast.

How do you stop it caching the playlist file, I cant get it to uncache itself!!!! lol
