how to access a list of radios

Hi. I am building a simple player to play shoutcast radios, but the problem is I can not access the list of radios. Is it possible to access a list of radios and show them in my own radio player as a list. And when I press on one of the links the player downloads the pls file and starts to stream the radio chosen.
