Winamp 5.601 Hanging while connect to an sc_serv2 stream

Hello everybody i habe a big problem

I try to connect with Winamp 5.601 an sc_serv2 Stream to hear Radio but Winamp hangs on for 20-30secs. but plays directly the Stream and on any Title change the same Winamp hangs

is there my fault or Winamp Player or the sc_serv?

no idea until i get around to looking into the issue (as i'm still sort of on holiday at the moment) though if you could provide a link to the stream you are having issues with (like in http://forums.winamp.com/showpost.ph...3&postcount=18) then that'll give me some more test cases to try see what is going.

are you using the Bento skin?

yes iam using the bento skin and ive found another issue one client (one ip) is connecting to my stream multible so (62 of 100) (1 unique) on the console screen of sc_serv2 displays "Socket connect error"

no idea about the multiple client connection though if it's showing a socket connect error then maybe the client isn't able to support the data being passed or the client is reporting it's user-agent as something which it isn't. only other thing i can guess at is it's some sort of ripper of the stream though you could just ban that ip if you're not liking what it's doing. a copy of the log might make it easier to work out (can pm me a copy if you don't want to paste / make it public and i'll have a look to see if it is something wrong with the server, etc).
