Which list? The list from sc_trans or from the SHOUTcast DSP? If from sc_trans it may be an indication that sc_trans can't support the interface directly.
I just visited the product site information page (looks like a very nice unit) and it says there's a drivers disc for the different audio interface API types. Try updating Windows (if there's any updates) and then reinstalling the device drivers to see if you can get it working. If you can see it from other software applications but not the one you're trying to use then try setting it as the default audio device in the Windows Control Panel and using the default settings.
