There are bascially two ways via XML or JSON(P).

1. Using the forum search function to find many examples.

2. Download DNAS and check the docs folder:

docs/DNAS_Server_XML_Responses.html
docs/DNAS_Server_JSON_Responses.html

I prefer the last way because to understand and learn how it works will open your mind for much more things than grabbing the current stream-title.

Hello, I have found players that show meta data from tracks and current playing. I am looking for just text info for current and tracks or history, current is the most important. Are there any tools around that are available.
