this is mostly client buffering (the listener). it is most often the same (in bytes) regardless of the stream bitrate, such that a lower bitrate stream will buffer more stream time, meaning a lower bitrate stream will play longer than a higher bitrate stream before stopping if there are network issues.

    Buffer in radio listening

    I need help.
Some radios already start playing immediately when we play, and when you run out of internet for a few seconds it continues to broadcast without fail for some time.

    Ex: http://www.concepa.com.br/radiovia.aspx

Is this buffer configuration? How to make?
    Can someone help me?
Working...
