When accessing RMO I get the URL rmo.shoutcast.com/error/PlannerDenied

I am wanting to start an Internet radio station with Radionomy and their tutorials on how to set up with Winamp and SHOUTcast DSP they use the SHOUTcast RadioManager. It says to go to the planning tab but the tab is blocked? How to fix?

I finally figured out how to get to planner by using the url rmo.shoutcast.com/planner/live
