cannot acces from winamp

Hey,
1.: Please do not post your admin password or general passwords.
2.: Use something like /pop or /dance as a Streampath. Then this station can be found under http://18.217.95.34:8000/pop or http://18.217.95.34:8000/dance. (If you run multiple instances on one instance)
3.: Use "source" as username and enter the password from the Config. (Not the admin password!) (At your streaming program)
4.: Please also remove the streampassword if you do not need it.

Hello, im realy sorry for very basic question but i strugle it almost 1 week, and doesnt seem to achieve anything, so for the starter i have free vps ec2 aws and install it with soutcast like this tutorial https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/...utcast-server/ and already inbound firewall 8000 in aws, and succesfully installed shoutcast

but, i cant stream it with winamp or mix or anything streamer, what did i wrong? i already destroy and install it again many times in my vps ubuntu 18 lts, please help me
