Invalid Hostname - Webcaster s128K

After a couple of years of slow support from my radio station's account at Sonixcast, the stream was lost during a remote switchover. (from my encoder to auto dj) Because I was getting no help for response for weeks, I attempted to restart the server from my dashboard. Since that time, the error has read, "Invalid 'Hostname' setting in WHMCS configuration for Centova Cast. Per the documentation the 'Hostname' field must contain the complete URL to Centova Cast, not just a hostname.".

Because I'm a radio guy and not an IT guy, I could have accidently broken something that no one at SopnixCast cares to fix or help with. So, I turn to you for suggestions. Is this something I can remedy, or time to go elsewhere"? I wouldn't even know where to start, but I can follow instructions.

Start by getting support at your host. They provide a service and should give you support

Of course. That's the obvious answer. Perhaps I wasn't clear. This company has not responded to support tickets in about 9 months. Tickets I've opened have simply been closed by their automated "Ignore The Customer" Department after 60 days. Since the server my station was on was still functioning (until recently) I just stayed with it. Now, the server won't connect, so I was hoping to find a shoutcast clue as to what exactly to enter to maybe bring it badk to life. They must have a shoutcast license/agreement? There must be records of some kind on how to reach them. Name is SoniXCast USA

Every Tom , Dick and Harry can setup shoutcast on their servers and sell it to anyone.
That has nothing to do with shoutcast and since they often make their own login and online config screens , there is nothing that can be done except stop paying them.

that will get their attention , but face the fact that your money has gone and very likely the "so called " streaming service has gone or doesn't excist anymore.
