Statistics dashboard not working

Hi--

For The Indie Blend, my dashboard has not been working for three weeks (the station is playing fine).

It always says 19 listeners....0 Peak Audience...the audience chart does not work and the live connections show nothing.

I've put in a request on this and they said to log out and to log in. That does not work, and they log out command is grayed out. I have to use two different passwords to log in, depending on the browser.

Its same thing for me and for 3-4 weeks now no stats on the dashboard.

Hi -- No, I did nothing but put in a ticket for help. It took a bit of time, but it looks like they have almost fixed it all the way. I think the Statistics Dashboard is one of the items the team is working on.

I see, hoping I'm not stuck like this for months. Started using Google Analytics to at least do some sort of stats but won't show the device they use.

I have my own panel

At least I have my own radio panel therefore stats isn't really a problem. I'm trying to figure out if support for self hosted v2.5 panels have ended and they are no longer providing stats on their end, idk...

I started using another ad provider as most of the services from Shoutcast seem to be ending. The SSL certificate for most of the domains connected to Shoutcast no longer valid. Seems someone is not trying to invest in the company anymore.
