Relay stream to SHOUTcast

I previously was running my radio station on my computer and relaying the stream to SHOUTcast to host.

I've since moved the station to Radio.co and they are hosting it for me.

I'm trying to relay the Radio.co stream to SHOUTcast so it can appear in the directory.

Is it possible to do this by entering the stream URL into the SHOUTcast Radio Manager?

I don't see anywhere in the settings to enter the relay link.
