Unable to find the MP3 Encoder dll (lame_enc.dll)

Greetings, it seems that I might have made a mistake in installing the WinAmp Update "Winamp591_10029_final_full_en-us.exe" from the WinAmp Website, because now the SHOUTcast DSP can't find the `lame_enc.dll` in `C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Shared`

Do you know a safe source for the lame_enc.dll ? Would this be safe? https://dll-files.com/lame_enc.dll.html

Although I just found that there's an `enc_lame.dll` in `C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Plugins` ... also I downloaded the "LAME" package from https://lame.sourceforge.io though it doesn't come with a `lame_enc.dll` either.

Updated, no not a clean install. So I should install that SHOUTcast DSP Plugin V2.41 from your signature?

Thank you, the newer DSP Plug-in is working now with the MP3 Encoding.
