Basic Tutorial - Streaming your webcam on Winamp.

I wrote a basic tutorial for how to get your webcam up and running with a shoutcast server on Winamp Internet TV and the NSVTools. If anyones using a digital camcorder and firewire, I have a couple other tweaks gratiously pointed out to me to drop CPU usage by about 20% for Digital Cameras. But for a USB camera, here you go...
