People provide help and reply to questions when they can or when their schedule allows.

This is not a mature software system, hence the name beta. Patience and familiarization with the documentation is the key.

PLEASE be descriptive in topic titles, because with every single "HELP!" topic, it's hard to remember which ones you've read and which you havent, and noone wants to accidentally read the thread again.
