Best way to convert from Real Video (*.rm) to NSV

Is there a program which do that? I need help because I think it's impossible for me to convert first .rm to .avi, then from .avi to .nsv!!! I've a lot of videos

Hello, this free converter says it can convert rm to avi. Haven't tried that conversion, but the software works okay with other types (i.e. flv to avi).

I've resolved installing "Real Alternative" with DirectShow decoder, so I opened NSVate and opened my .rm files, so all worked good
