Every bid includes the email and a link to the designer’s website making it very easy to compare prices and the quality of the designer’s portfolio.

The site is similar to websites like elance.com or getacoder.com with two main differences:

1- The site is free for everyone (clients posting jobs and professionals bidding on such jobs)
2- Communication between users is unrestricted. You can even access the designers directory from the homepage and hire any designer you like directly without even posting your project.

A lot of designers are signing up every day, the only condition to join the site is that designers must have their own website, sorry no freelancers without a website.
