You don't need WinZip in recent versions of Windows.

1. Launch the File Manager.
2. Enter the folder containing the bmp's and txt's of your skin.
3. Select all the files in the folder.
4. Right-click to pop up the pop-up menu.
5. Select "Send to" and then select compressed folder.
