I have not :/

I have been looking for it on many sites now mostly by searching for what i think is its title "Manga Girl" or "Red" or simply "Manga" / "Anime" Scrolling down the images for hours.

Asking here was sort of my last hope as i have been searching for this specific skin for 10+ years now. I lost it when my hdd crash and have not been able to locate it again. I spent some of my wonderful teen years with it. I would guess i first found it around 2005.

If anyone knows for a good place to search for it I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hi there! Just to note, the skin in your screenshot is a Modern skin; it has a similar form factor to a Classic skin, but has features that Classic skins don't support. I mention this in case it helps you pare down your search - Modern skins have a .wal file extension, and they're alternatively called Winamp 3 or Winamp 5 skins.

It also looks like the skin was made with SkinnerToo, which is still available here if you want to tinker with it. I tried taking the image that Formal-Similar linked to, and remaking the skin based on your screenshot:
