See-through skin ..

I make one using part of the background on the PC as a skin..

However, is there a way to make an actual see-through skin work with winamp? So it can be placed anywhere on the deaktop, not just overlapping the piece of background one used to make the skin?!

For Classic Skins, you can use Maxim's Winamp region.txt generator.
