to me the thing that lets it down is the area around the lcd. its too...plain and simple if u get what i mean. other than that i love it - if only i was that good.

being that i'm jewish i'm not sure it this is going to be making this into a cross though the thought did cross (no pun intendeed) my mind. may make it into a plus symble though. what do you guys thing of that?


on another note, cool idea. see the division in the lcd, well each menu will have the lcd slid away to show another layer beneath. top layer (show here) is the vis area, next in song info and track time, even though i have yet to post the alterations, below that it will slid away to exposs the eq area. cool also the thinger will slide up from below as one presses either small orb on the two opposit sides of the skin, they will be the arrows for moving the thinger.

boy i'm realy getting into this freeforming skinning stuff , too bad WA3 sucks in the resorce managment area cuz i cant even run it with alpha blend on. and i have a gighz machine!

Yes, it looks quite good, but try and make sources for the light, tiny light bulbs?
Also I'm not a big fan of the outer metal, doesn't seem.. 3d enough.

man! the lcd is sweet! and about the rest... i already like it, but now as i saw, what u can do, i say "ah... not that bad, BUT..." *g* .. so now, u can go to work and make the rest as cool as the lcd .... (it's reminding me of cal's eye from odysse in space (don't know the real english title, but it should be kinda that))

the outr metal is the original image i posted, i'm replacing piece by piece, the back is going last though cuz i'm still not sure on its design.

well i was thinking of naming it hal, but its to chlice, so eYe was what i want with, there is no mistaking the "hal 9000" factor playing a big part in this design....thank you space odisy
