Sorry, the last 2 weeks were, still are rough.
4 years ago, one multi delinquant black neighbour destroyed my smartphone under his heel, I had to buy a new one and wait nearly 4 years for a judge to order the compensation.
This one got robbed last june 2022 by a maghrebian entering my appartment by it's 1st floor opened window at 2am, awakening me with noises made.
So, I bought a new one on a 24 months loan.

I live in a special place, a 19th century old workers place where known painters like Monet Manet Renoir were funded by wealthy people to express their talents. Here, a well known charity association, "emmaüs" has some flats here and there. Mine is just on the left, behind the 2 big trees in pots.

2 weeks ago, some §%#@$"~ bastard robbed ùe of this last smartphone in one room of this association : no more address book, no more social media access, no nothing with Kafkaian situations !

I tried to log to my samsun account but they need to check... by sending text message to your mobile phone. To contact facebook (and hope for a reply) you'll have to log in when to log in facebool has to send you a text message...

I'm at war here with the others residents, with the staff because the association says "get lost".
Well, cherry on top, my Win7 installation got blown 3 days ago. Hopefully, I had w win10 on another disk.

I'm trying to reduce memory/loading time as, in W7 reload is almost flash when taking 6, 7 seconds in W10.

where the "yy" group is buttons definitions/locations shared by 3 modes : one part is showing (system buttons (close, min, opacity, modes)), one part isn't (control buttons (previous, play, pause, stop, forward)), but this second part shows OK if I define them in player-normal.
I thought that the group only defined with x,y coordinates would be the issue, but why one part is showing and not the other ?

I also discovered that moving winamp with an open playlist or medialibrary gives strange result

Partially fixed it in the latest version of Sevenovem: visualization gets back when you left-click on the main window.

yes, I'm fixing all modes as there were discrepancies between them both in design and graphic parts, like in the ASREC / MPEBM text effects and placement.
I've also revamped stick mode as it needed to be a bit bigger.

this doesn't happen with the other modes : sizes are equal both in graphic editor and desktop.

(It took me 4 hours to understand that a wrong coordinate for the mode button on the left in its ressource prevented the script to work.)

and by the way, borowing control buttons from winamp modern, I noticed that it displays 4 modes : idle, hover, pressed and down when there's only 3 states I know of.
I didn't find anything on the internet. I suspect a trick of some sort in WML as some buttons have empty parts, surely to display some kind of underlying layer.

and by the way, borowing control buttons from winamp modern, I noticed that it displays 4 modes : idle, hover, pressed and down when there's only 3 states I know of.

• The Play.bg layer in Winamp Modern\xml\player-normal-group.xml shows the 2nd icon in the 1st row in Winamp Modern\player\player_buttons.png.
• The Play.bg layer is covered by Play.button.bg layer, which shows the 2nd icon in the 2nd row in Winamp Modern\player\player_buttons.png. As you can see, that icon has a translucent triangle allowing to show what's below it.
• The default image of the Play button is the same as the image of Play.button.bg.
• The downImage of the Play button has an opaque black triangle where the default image has a transparent triangle.

Now here comes how the black triangle of the Play button becomes blue when playback is on, how the black vertical bars of the Pause button become blue when playback is paused and how the black square of the Stop button becomes blue when playback is stopped.

Between the playback layers and the playback buttons there is a status indicator which shows the top third of Winamp Modern\player\player_buttons_status.png with the blue triangle if playback is on, the middle part if paused and the bottom part if stopped.
