Error parsing XML layer

Hello. I am new to Winamp Skinning and I have a problem with one of my XML files.

Winamp throws this error:

Error parsing XML layer
- mismatched tag at line 5

The problem is that my XML files don't have 5th line

Update: Guess what was causing this problem to Winamp... The space!
But again an error: asynchronous entity at line 4 and i can't find the problem! Yay!

Add a / before > in this line:

<include file="player-elements.xml">

The error has gone but the main window is not shown.
