New-CLEAR Skin fixed for versions 5.x

Hello,

just contributing with a fix for a nostalgic skin like New-CLEAR, It was stuck in my memory since 2003.

For Winamp ver. 5.x an "asinchronous entity error" occur, due misinterpretated tag <include file="tooltips.xml"> into /xml/studio-elements.xml

Fix it with <include file="tooltips.xml" />

Not bad for a start. The attached skin which I sent to VAG a year ago fixes several more issues, including:

• current track text color
• the text and background colors of the active theme in Custom Controls
• the colors in the popup menus
• missing playlist info
• skinned scrollbars were ignored

Nice, modding it adding a Bento notifier, I would to rewrite notifier maki and add context menu to enable/disable option,

any maki documentation with examples somewhere?
