This was an idea i had drawn up and scanned. The draws are all opened and that is what it would look like but i want them to be semi-transparent. Let me know what u think of the design and if any1 has ideas for colors or anything else i would love for you to share with me.

Very intriguing. If it were accompanied by a slim mode, perhaps one with those bumps and tentacle-type things wrapped around it, it would be even better.
It's a bit big for me to use on any consistent basis, but I like the idea behind it, and what you've got so far.

Thank you for all the great support. And i belive some1 said that it was a bit to big but not to worry because that is not going to be the actual size (will be smaller). I am also in the process of coming up with a winshade mode and hopefully i can get some ss's going on here to see what people think. Well im off to paintball now, ima do more work later today. And PLEASE KEEP THE COMMENTS COMING.

The open/close/minimise buttons look a lot like Neptune's. Other than that I like it so far. You should sit infront of your computer all day and work on this instead of playing paintball damnit.Old King Cole was a merry old soul.Comment

My drawings and ideas never have the intention of being riped from another persons hard work that they have done. I drew this a few weeks ago at school and just got my brothers scanner hooked up to get this puppy going on the comp. If peter clark has a problem with any of the designs i created i had no intention of doing his ideas and i would be glad to change them. My c buttons I just noticed take a similar look to Mercury forward and previous. This was not intentional at all because i had seen the kinda look i did on a mp3 player which is the attached image. No work for me saturday so im going to clean out my recently perchased 95 eclipse and then work all night.Comment

Dont worry tomato im not trying to be a jerk, im a really nice guy. Im just saying cuz i noticed myself that the buttons i did looked similar to mercury. I just dont want to have any problems with other skinners if they feel infringment on their work. Peter Clark had no problems so everything is cool. Anybody have and ideas of names for it?Comment

as for name u could use sort of " HEAVY-METAL" or Engine01472
it has to asociate something with metal ans engine or the fiture
as for ideas, it will look better if the left and righ part could be hidden and also the down-part!

Please continue checking back as more and more of this skin gets completed. I have beenwprking on completing the graphics end and this is what i have done so far. Please continue with your comments. And also if anybody can tell me how to set an image as my signature i would gladly appreciate it. Well I'm off to work but hopefully there will be some responces when i get home.
