Hello everyone, I have started a new skin project again (I finished the old one). This took me ages to make, so please comment.
The 'wings' will rotate round the main orb (120 degrees) on the click of a button.

    1. the gradient behind the time is peeking out of the circle

    2. Those labels are kinda hard to read, turned the way they are.

    3. The indicator lines on those knobs...maybe try to make them more realistic? a little thicker with a slight indent or something

    4. You got some corners peeking out, look on the bottom right of the volume bar thingy

      1. the gradient is easily fixed, will sho in my next screenshot.
      2. the whole point of the skin (which you would have known if you read my previous text ) is that the wings rotate.
      3. will do.
      4. ah crap! i didnt notice those.

erm... sorry to say that, but i think u should redo the whole thing ...
the concept is really cool, but the colors are a bit strange, but that could just be me, but it's definitly not me, that the whole thing is too big especially the wings. but please go on, it's really really cool!

          1. I know
          2. I know that's the point of the skin, but it seemed to me that they're either out or in, like they're either the way you just showed us, or they rotate into a spot where they are hidden....so rotating those labels wouldn't make a diff
          3. good
          4. tee hee, gotta love perfectionisticism (is that a word?)

i like the concept and most of the skin but the knobs are too flat for my taste and theres a little inperfection in the knobs area and a corner behinf the lcd. one last question will the rotation be constant, will you be able to stop it any time. well those're 2 question but anyway good job

he said they would rotate on a buttonclick, i think that's clear enough, isn't it?

Ok, I'll redo the wings. But I think the middle bit is fine (right?)
And the buttons are fine as well, I think.
                    Thanks for all the feedback.

PS I may write some scripts for it (well i have to), so would it be possible if people could help correct those?

I re-worked the wings, but photoshop was a bitch and did not antialias. Does anyone know a way to do this easily? if so pls tell me. btw the middle bit is not properly aligned yet.

ur problem: select them, contract the selection about 1 pixel, feather about 0,5 - 1 pixel, inverse the selection, clear, ready

                              alpha

Is that SS from WA, or from photoshop? If itz from WA, he may not have the alpa smootherize thing on, which makes it jaggie.

                              [off topic]is jaggie a word?[/off topic]
