Invicta - Skin in progress

Here's a skin I've been working on since yesterday. It's very early in progress but I desided to post it here to get some feedback and ideas on what i've made so far. The text is just working names - I haven't desided what to call the skin yet.

I'm doing the graphics for the fun of it - I can't code it, I have no intension on learning wa3 skin coding just now.

So if I manage to skin all the components and I'm satisfied with the looks of it, I'll eventually look for a coder to code it if someone is interrested.

Wow.. this is a great skin. I can code it, but since it will not be the only thing, it might take a while.

Yeah I guess this one needs alot of coding if I deside on having the eq and thinger in drawers sliding out somewhere right?...and how many options and modes I plan to make. I don't want to make this "over-advanced". But Color modes and a few mini-modes would be good.

Little display update and a question:

This is just a possible display layout - But I'm not sure if it'll work.

Can I have the songtitle scroll over the entire LDC-area while having the glowing lines on the edge of the lcd pulsate with beat-detection?

Loving the skin also, looks like you may have to pull out some genius in order to figure out where to put the shuff/rep/fade and min/shade/close buttons.

awesome skin! this will msot def be a DL. color themes should be freakni awesmoe! only suggestion I have is to reduce glare on the play, pause, eject, and stop buttons. As for the shuff/rep/fade and min/shade/close buttons; met thinx that one set could go on the left grey area and the other set on the right.

Wow! That looks incredible! I hope you find someone to code it for you.

One comment -- on the exterior pieces, button, glass, etc. the light is shining from directly above, but on the display, the shadow is implying the light is to the side.

Vica you're right I'll sleep on that! I'm too tired right now to make anything serious.

dlinkwit27 and DesignJunky - you're right about the lightning - it needs to be tweaked - but it's very close to how I want it.
