AVS Alternative?

Are there any programming/scripting language that quite similar to AVS besides Processing? I love the real-time calculation (update every keystroke you type) and how it able to manipulate pixel movement (dynamic movement).

Try Milkdrop. It does not allow manipulating pixels by the CPU as AVS does but gives you access to image processing via the GPU shader units.
