UnConeD - Wow, that's exactly the kind of effect I had in mind when I was making Claustrophobia, but obviously my lack of technical knowledge prevented me from realizing that goal. Your mix really does remind me of Blade Runner (my all time favorite sci-fi movie by the way), especially in the way both night and day are represented.

It seems to me that even if AVS hasn't been updated in ages, there is still a lot of creativity that has yet to be found, which is going to be the focus of my next pack. Instead of producing many boring, seen-it-before presets (Cartoonist's Dream, Blind Speed, etc.), I'm going to concentrate on making imaginative visuals, such as Blueprint, Vivid Flowers, and Football Weather, which were the presets most of you said were the best of the pack. That doesn't necessarily mean that all of my presets are going to be very technical, or contain advanced effects, just that I'm going to use existing techniques in new and interesting ways (Football Weather is a perfect example of this).

Again, thanks for your comments and encouragement!

Yeah, technical presets/creative ideas always tend to have some awesome results(Very noticibly, Blueprint). Keep up the great work and good luck making more like that. It can be difficult coming up with innovative stuff within the confines of AVS(hence why some people have stopped doing AVS - no names *cough* *cough*)

Another reason for me to quit doing avs...
Where do these "instant masters" come from? I mean they seem to know everything about avs in their first release!

            Amazing job Shock Value!

Looks like I may have to retract my previous statement. Of course, that will be fine if I see more like that coming out of unconed.

I'd have to agree with tuggummi there. Very very nice stuff there.
                        I like UnConeD's remix too.
I wish i could do that.

                            Again, thanks for the comments!

And UnConeD, I'd be honored if you released it, although I would request that you give me some kind of mention in a comment box (nothing big though, just my name somewhere will be fine). And I must reiterate the fact that I really love that remix. It's very easy to get "lost" in (literally and figuratively).

                              These scopes are so good..
so clever mathematically, but so inventive..
especially blueprint and science.. but just about all of them have slight hallmarks of geniouse.

and your dms, even though they are amature, as you said, are put to such good use..

that football weather on just does not get boaring.. put it on with some triphop, like mezzanine or KidA, or some DJ shadow.. (i was listening to rabbit in you headlights) it just feeds so much emotion,... that rain, the mud, the lightning..

The alpha *glare* is very faulty in the shore preset, it fucks up with different resolutions, and you get the ugly horison feedback syndrome. there are a few other errors, but appart from that! WOW.

btw, where is that tv APE?
